I had the awesome opportunity to photograph the Jones and Getz families just a few days ago.  I have known the Joneses since I was in kindergarten which makes that about 24 years now!  They are my second family and I love them dearly.  It was so special to be able to photograph my dear friends, their spouses, and growing families.

I had so much fun photographing Alyssa, Jesse, and Dusty… my dear nieces and nephew from Jeff’s side!  What cuties!

The Sunday after Thanksgiving, Jeff and I made a special trip up to Julian to photograph Dave and Marla’s wedding.  It was a beautiful and quite chilly day.  Winter was definitely on its way in.  But regardless everyone was in high spirits and the wedding was absolutely beautiful!  Congratulations Dave and Marla!  It was a pleasure photographing your wedding.

I had the pleasure of photographing my niece, Alyssa, and her sister, Alexavia, for their modeling portfolios.  They are gorgeous and were so much much fun to work with.  I was able to borrow some fashion outfits that worked perfectly for what they wanted.  I even got a couple pictures of their brother, Roger.   I look forward to photographing them again soon.

When Eric and Heather asked me to photograph their engagement photos, I was more than happy to do so!  We have all been friends for several years, now, and it was so fun to share this day with them.  We all drove down to La Jolla and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.  We had a fun day celebrating Eric and Heather’s love for each other.  You two are so cute together and Jeff and I can’t wait to share your special day with you.

On August 25, I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph Kyla, a sweet and spunky high school senior.  I had such a blast photographing her down at Oceanside Pier.  The weather couldn’t have been more perfect and the sunset was absolutely phenomenal not to mention I had the perfect model!!  Thank you Kyla for letting me photograph your senior pictures!  Hope you enjoy a little preview.

I took at least 40 shots to get one that I liked. Kyla was such a great sport standing there and being so patient!
